What makes your wine storage techniques different from other storage facilities?

Do you offer delivery services?
Yes. Our Gold membership offers delivery service to any address in the tri-county area via temperature controlled vans; standard rates apply. Our Platinum membership includes free delivery of up to 5 cases of wine 2x/month. Both memberships include delivery handling and storage of wine cases shipped directly to The Reserve, so you don’t have to worry about a thing.
What if I need to pick up bottle(s) from storage on short notice?
Simply visit our location during business hours to access your storage lockers. Must present a valid ID upon arrival and be either (1) The Reserve membership account holder, or (2) on the account’s “Persons approved for pickup” list. You can also contact us ahead of time to have your bottle(s) ready to go upon arrival.
Is there a limit to the amount of wine I can store?
No. Our facility includes customizable wine locker configurations to ensure that collections of all size can be accommodated comfortably.
How do storage package plans work?
Our storage packages vary based on the level and type of service you require, including temperature controlled delivery services and handling/storage of wine shipped that is shipped directly to our facility. Certain services are available as add-on options, including wine insurance, wine appraisals and drop shipping.
What if I want to cancel my storage plan?
You can cancel at any time. Simply contact us at least 48 hours in advance to either: (1) schedule the date and time you would like to remove your collection, or (2) allow us to prepare the bottles for quick and convenient removal upon your arrival (for plans less than 6 months old, a handling fee will apply).
